Thank you for your interest in joining CFHLA!

Please read the below Lodging Membership Descriptions and select the membership that fits your property.

Management Company Dues are for Hotel/Timeshare Management Companies who have at least 50% of their Central Florida Properties already as members of CFHLA.

Construction level dues are for any property under construction that has not yet opened.

Dues are $1.00 per hotel room.

Hotel Lodging Membership Dues are $5.24 per room per calendar year.

This membership includes any contacts at the property who want to be involved in CFHLA.

This Membership is for Vacation Ownership/Timeshare Resorts with 0-100 units on property.

This Membership is for Vacation Ownership/Timeshare Resorts with 101-500 units on property.

This Membership is for Vacation Ownership/Timeshare Resorts with over 500 units on property.

This Membership is for Vacation Rental Property Managers who manage 0-100 homes.

This Membership is for Vacation Rental Property Managers who manage 101-500 homes.

This Membership is for Vacation Rental Property Managers who manage over 500 homes.
