(Invitation Only) This Council builds meaningful partnerships to strengthen the hospitality talent pipeline in Central Florida. Through strategic collaboration, it focuses on attracting qualifies and passionate candidates, educating the community about diverse career opportunities, and retaining, developing, and recognizing member employees at all levels: from entry level to executive. This council is comprised of lodging General Managers, lodging & allied HR professionals, allied business leaders, educational leaders, and community workforce development leaders.
